Nine God Festival ended yet?

Do you know when it rains, my Maxis lines screws up and it takes ages just to send an email to flickr. Sometimes, right up to 10 minutes each time. When is this Nine God Festival gonna end? Soon, right. I dont understand it. If it rains so much, how are those giant joss gonna burn? Have you been to the temple? I've not set foot in there for years. Dont like smoky places. Burns my eyes and gives me a sore throat each time i go there. Denggg... how unreligious of me.
