I'm poo-ing like crazy today as i drank lots of coconut oil. Yes, OIL, pure cold-pressed virgin coconut oil. I've been drinking it from the spoon, but today, i clever, went and took it straight from the bottle, lol. So, you can imagine how smooth and slippery my insides can be right after that.
I cant remember how many time i went to the toilet. Now, no more lorr i think. All came out di. But, i feel great right now. No more tummy ache liao. I must do that more often.
