My cousin wants good seats

Does anyone know of any New York ticket broker. My cousin wants to buy some baseball tickets with good seats. He can do so online, of course. But then, he says it's much better to buy from a person. Get a better view of the game and may even get a discount too. He bought from an online site once and didnt get a good view. Wasted his time and money, lol.
