This is Or-jian. A delicacy made of oysters in egg batter with lots of spring onions. Simply delicious on its own or with some sambal. I prefer it plain. Hubby also likes it, but i guess not as much as i do. I only eat this occasionally. And no, i dont give it to my kids. Faisi allergy la.
