Up since 3.30am

I slept the whole time and only woke up at around 3.30am to nurse Malcolm. His fever subsided but i can feel that his temperature is rising again. If he wakes up and cry later on, i may need to feed him some med. Sigh.... if only he can down it quickly and without fuss, life will be much better. Too bad, it's not happening. Just gotta do as much as i can now.
