My friend has hernia

Other than pain in the neck, another unbearable pain must be hernias. A friend of mine suffers from hernia and underwent surgery for it sometime back. She now has one of those hernia mesh patch inside her. She got to know that some hernia mesh patches were recalled and also heard that there are people suing the manufacturer too. She read about those Hernia Mesh Lawsuit and asked me if i've heard about them or not. I think she's the only friend of mine who has hernia. Do you know of anyone who has hernia and using those recalled hernia patches? It must be terrible.
