Here it is. My organic Kamut pasta is ready. Any idea what Kamut is? It's a kind of ancient grain closely related to wheat. Takes longer to cook than your regular pasta and has a nice buttery flavor. Bought it from Jaya Jusco organic section under the brand name Alce Nero. The pasta sauce is also of the same brand. Hubby topped his with bakes beans and fried eggs. Me, i love mine plain. Oh, i added some garlic powder to it too. Mmmmmmm.... delicious!!!!!!
