How to stop snoring?

I've been sleeping the whole day. I was out for the whole of yesterday, so, dont feel like going anywhere today. Moreover, it's raining. And you know how rainy days manke one feel, eh. Going out with kids on rainy days can be a messy affair. As out car is parked outside the house, chance anyone gets wet is rather high. I wanted to chat with a friend just now but she sounded grouchy even online. I asked her why and she told me her hubby's snoring kept her awake the whole night. She wished he can stop snoring for good so that she can get a good night's sleep. Thank god hubby doesnt snore much. If not, i may have to go sleep at the guest room.
