Got SLEEP

I've somehow managed to work out a good timetable for myself and the kids. They now go to bed at 9pm and wake up around 8am. I go to bed with them and get up about two hours later to do my work. By 12.30am or so, i'll be really sleepy and will head to bed. I get to sleep these days and hopefully, this will keep all the wrinkles at bay. Who needs wrinkle cream when sleep is the best anti-aging remedy, right. Wanna stay young and look good? Go get enough sleep and drink lots of water throughout the day :)
