No dogs!!!

MY IBS brought a new puppy over to my place this evening. What's worse is they brought the yelping dunno what dog into the house, knn. I heard them asking my MIL if she wants to keep it or not. Thank god my MIL declined the offer, if not, i would have freaked right there and then. Think what, dumping ground ah. Why have the dog in the first place when at the end of the day, want to dump it onto someone else. Dont you just hate these kinda people.
