Mom's house is still up for sale

I saw my brother's MPV parked opposite Gordon's kindy when i sent him to school this noon. I think he's there to clean the place up. It's either that or he's showing the place to a potential buyer or rentor. The house has been empty for a long time already. I've told my mom to engage a real estate agent to sell the place off but my brother still wants to hold on to the asking price. I personally feel that it's far too high. It's not my house, not that i care also. But it's also kinda stupid not to get rid of it. Old houses needs maintenance too.
