Planning to move out

Okay, so the plan to move out of this house has started. When i say started, it simply means i'm just trying to figure out which is the better neighborhood for me. Nothing concrete yet, k. Havent even thought of how big a house we'll need. If you know me well, i'm a simple person with a simple lifestyle. A place with about 3k built-up space will do, lol. Meanwhile, i'd better do some calculations at some mortgage lenders sites to see how much we can afford to repay each month. Musnt over-invest, you know. The economy is gloomy and interest rates may go up overnight.
